Accomodation
. The resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel employee immediately upon arrival. The hotel is to issue guests with an accommodation card immediately upon registration, which will contain the name of the hotel, the name of the guest, the room number, the price for one night’s accommodation, the duration of the stay, and the time by which the room must be vacated on the last day of the stay, along with advice on keeping valuables in the hotel safe.

Check-in and Check-out Time
Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. If the period of accommodation is not stipulated in advance, guests are to check out by 1:30 p.m. on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time. If a guest fails to do this, the hotel is entitled to bill him/her for another day’s stay. In the event that the hotel has already reserved this room beforehand, and the guest fails to heed requests to vacate the room, or if he or she is not present in the hotel, the hotel reserves the right – with a three-member committee in attendance – to catalogue the guest’s possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the guest for whom it has been reserved.

Re-scheduling and Forfeiture of deposit
1. Changes of a confirmed reservation requested 30 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of half the deposit made(equivalent to 25% of the total bill).
2. Changes of confirmed resevation requested less than 7 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the deposit made (equivalent to 50% of the total bill).

For our Guests Protection
1. Unless stipulated otherwise in advance, guests are obliged to pay the prices for accommodation and other services rendered in accordance with the valid price list upon arrival, but not for a period longer than 7 consecutive days. The bill is payable upon being presented.
2. On the basis of a confirmed booking the hotel is to reserve the room for the guest up to 4:00 p.m. only, unless the booking stipulates otherwise.
3. In special cases, the hotel may offer a guest accommodation other than that which has been arranged, if it does not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed booking.
4. Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost keys (each P150) and hotel key hangers (P500) will be charged.
5. Be sure to lock the door inside while inside the room, especially when going to bed. You are advised to refrain from entertaining in your room any stranger who is not known to you.
6. The resort is not liable for the lost of valuables inside the rooms.
7. Switch off the air conditioning and lights before leaving your room. Keep your door and windows closed when the aircon is working.
8. Amenities in the room except consumables like toilet paper, shampoo,ect. are meant to be used during the guests stay in the resort. Lost amenities shall be charged to the guest upon check out.
9. Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet in the period from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m., i.e. they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hotel.
10. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management.
11. Should guests spot any safety or security hazard in their room or anywhere in the resort (i.e., suspicious persons or objects, dangling wires, open electric outlet, etc.) report it immediately to the Front Desk.
12. Housekeeping is upon request preferrably with guest's presence.
13. Guests should dispose of litter in the bins provided.
14. After using the beach, please clean yourself and your belongings of sand before entering the hotel.
15. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
16. Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are received by the hotel management.
17. Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc in the hotel premises by guests is strictly prohibited.
18. Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons, the Philippine law and respect for the non smoking guests.
19. Please do not take away the guest room items as souvenirs. Otherwise, the charge will be added onto your Hotel bill.
20. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the room and its facilities, and to shut the door as they leave.
Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
